Placing order - Once you have placed your order, it will go into a production queue. If you change your mind and want to select a different print size or cancel your print, you will need to make contact by 3:30pm of the day of order to be able to make a change. After such time, there will be a cost incurred in making a change, depending on where in the production process the framed print is.

Damage during transit - The packaging used to transport your framed print has been developed over a number of years to ensure your product arrives safely and undamaged. Should your product be damaged during transit, please take a photo of this immediately upon opening and contact us via the email address for us to assess and rectify the issue.  

Shipping is included within the cost of your purchase, providing great value for money, especially for the larger prints. 

Framed prints will be ready for shipping 2 - 5 days from the date of order. Generally this will be closer to 2 days, with the exception of very busy times such as the Christmas period.

Shipping times vary state to state. For NSW, VIC and Brisbane metro generally allow 5 - 7 days for delivery. 

For NT, TAS, SA and WA delivery times will be longer.
